“CLIMATIC VISIONS” ART EXHIBITION AT THE ROCKEFELLER STATE PARK PRESERVE INTRODUCES HOW THE WEATHER INFLUENCES THE CREATIVE SENSITIVITY OF ARTISTS IN VARIOUS ENVIRONMENTS AND SEASONS IN THE NATURAL WORLD. GALLERY ARTISTS INCLUDE JEFFERY BEN BERMAN, CRISTINA AND GIANNI BIAGGI, MELINDA FLEMING, ISABELLA JACOB AND DORIS SHEPHERD WIESE.
The exhibition may help broaden public awareness and create new pathways to understanding of critical issues regarding our environment.
On February 28 at 3:30p.m., Melissa Fleming, an exhibiting artist, will be presenting a special lecture called “The Art and Science of Climate Change”. It will introduce the basic science of climate change and how artists from around the globe are reacting to its diverse impacts. Blending two worlds, how art can enlighten the public and produce positive action solving these critical issues.

The Art Gallery at Rockefeller State Park Preserve is located at 125 Phelps Way (Route 117), Pleasantville, NY 10570.
