The Art Gallery at Rockefeller State park Preserve presents, Dorothy GIllespie’s Joy to the World.
Gillespie is known for her vibrant and colorful works and has been featured in exhibits around the world. She is perhaps most well-known for her wild and brilliant sculptures of painted aluminum, cut and shaped into ribbons, a technique that she pioneered.
The Friends of Rockefeller State Park Preserve, Inc. is located in Sleepy Hollow, New York. The Friends was established in 1996 to encourage public participation in protecting the Preserve’s wildlife and habitat, sustaining its historical and archaeological features, and maintaining its unique system of carriage roads.
Friends of the Rockefeller State Park Preserve, Inc. is a not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization.
