Join us and embrace change with mindful movement, nature observation, journaling, and tea under the trees. Led by Mindful Outdoor Guide, Cindy Olsen, this experience will be an opportunity to celebrate the natural world and set intentions for the coming season as we approach the winter solstice. Blankets and seat cushions will be provided. Dress warmly and wear comfortable clothing. Ages 18+, no dogs please. THIS EVENT IS AT ROCKWOOD HALL (DO NOT GO TO THE MAIN PARK ENTRANCE) The parking lot is on Kendal Way off route 117, just after the intersection of Phelps and Regeneron. If the lot is full, you may park in the Phelps garage (free).
