Starting and finishing in historic Rockwood Hall, our annual Rockwood Ramble 10K is a crowd favorite. Scenic Hudson River views greet runners before the course veers into the woods. The wide carriage roads provide the perfect setting for experienced trail runners and first timers. Say goodbye to traffic, pavement and noise and hello to the Preserve! Race Director Laureen Fitzgerald sees to every detail, ensuring a first rate experience for all participants. Awards, t-shirts, refreshments and raffle prizes. All proceeds benefit carriage road maintenance.

Baggage: There is no official bag drop. We’re a homey style race so a lot of people leave their jackets/extra layers with their families/friends. Seems to work pretty well. Please NO VALUABLES – stash those in your locked car or carry them with you.
Start: The race start and finish is a short walk from the parking lot, you’ll see signs and can follow the crowd. Refreshments, vendors, and awards will be up at the Rockwood Hall Foundation.
